I'd like to take this opportunity to share my very positive experiences of my sessions with John Ossipinsky. Having had in person sessions as well as recently experiencing several remote lymphatic healing sessions, I must say John effectively tuned in so clearly I could almost FEEL his presence in each area of my body as he relaxed my body, improved my lymph flow and circulation. At sessions end, I felt not just more relaxed and balanced but truly as if all within my body systems were working more efficiently. Combining his training, with experience, an authentic heartfelt caring, John has developed powerful healing gifts with a gentle, spiritual touch. which is felt no matter how much physical distance is between. He has become a true blessing in my life.

LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 18 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to maintain and activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system should be the first steps to regain your  health and life. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

The symptoms of lupus are fever, headache, joint pain, malaise, fatigue and the temporary loss of cognitive abilities.  Lupus is really a toxic body due to an acidic pH and congested lymphatic system.  When your lymphatic system is congested then your own cellular waste, parts of damaged and dead cells and fibrin can build in your skin, organs, muscles, brain and nerves creating headaches,  pain,  fatigue or many of the symptoms of lupus.  If you understand acid-alkaline balance then lupus really is one disease like every other disease; lack of circulation in the tissues, that results in toxicity.

Lupus most often affects the heart, joints, skin, lungs, blood vessels, liver, kidneys and nervous system. The lymphatic system is responsible for helping to clean every system in the body. When it isn’t functioning optimally cellular waste can build in any part of the body creating a buildup of acidic waste that can damage any part of the body, especially the kidneys. Those with lupus have periods of illness called flares, alternating with periods of better health called remissions. When you experience a flare you are more acidic and toxic, when you are in remission and feeling better your body is more towards a balanced, less hostile pH.

One of the first things you need to do is check your pH. You want to know if your saliva and urine pH is acidic, in balance or alkaline. When you understand whether you are acidic or alkaline or in balance, you can take steps to balance your pH and activate your lymphatic system help detox acidic waste from the body. Taking medications only eases symptoms but does not get to the “Root” cause of the lupus; an acidic pH and constricted lymphatic system. Many medications deplete magnesium in the body which makes you acidic, and eventually contributes to your pain or other symptoms reoccurring.

Take back your health, learn to balance your pH and activate your lymphatic system to help Lupus and many other health problems.
