LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 18 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to maintain and activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system should be the first steps to regain your  health and life. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

e-mail John ossipinsky  aka LymphMan your questions about the lymphatic system, acid-alkaline balance,  pH testing and health.

It's a fact that we all know a family member or a friend who is dealing with a parent or loved one with Alzheimer's. Lesions in the brains of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) are characterized by dense deposits of the protein, B-amyloid. Recent research shows that B-amyloid (a misfolded protein) and neurofibrillary tangles of tau protein, both are parts of cells, are building up in the brain of Alzheimer’s patients. The key words  are protein buildup which limits circulation, leads to nerve cell death and tissue loss throughout the brain. Over time, the brain shrinks dramatically, affecting nearly all its functions.
Researchers say these proteins look similar to staples. When there is a single layer of these staples, as in the normal aging process, there are no problems with the ability to think. As these proteins build and  double, triple and quadruple, we begin having problems thinking. Newer studies are finding that brains of Alzheimer’s patients have increased levels of fibrin, another protein that can impair circulation in the brain.
The lymphatic system helps to recapture large proteins like fibrin that have escaped from the blood supply. When the lymphatic system is malfunctioning due to an acidic pH, proteins can build in the tissues of the brain clogging microvascular circulation and nerve synapses, leading to a loss of cognitive function.
If you have concerns about getting Alzheimer's you can help prevent Alzheimer’s  by balancing your pH. Eat a more alkaline diet, drink ionized alkaline water and take alkalizing supplements like potassium and magnesium. One of the best ways to help "Naturally" detox excess protein from your body and brain is by activating your lymphatic system to increase circulation and detoxification in the body and brain.
