Your lymphatic system is a sewage treatment plant for the body. Lymphatic system detoxification is a powerful tool that you need to start thinking about and putting into action on a regular basis. If you have health problems like cancer, heart disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, insomnia and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). For most people the first time they think about detoxification is when they become extremely ill, especially when traditional medicine hasn't been able to help them. That's when the search begins for herbs, supplements, detox baths or the latest health fad or miracle cure. Having been involved in the alternative health field for over 14 years, I have seen many miracle cures come and go. When you are sick and tired you will typically spend an exorbitant amount of money on supplements in the hope of finding something that may help improve your health. I have personally seen this with clients suffering with severe pain, cancer, MS or Lou Gherig's disease (ALS), who took many supplements in the hope they may improve their health.
In my office, clients who were taking various supplements, in some cases for years, felt relief from pain or felt renewed energy and more alive once I activated their lymphatic system. Self-activating the lymphatic system is one of the easiest and most efficient ways to improve circulation and detoxification in the body to improve health. A major contributing factor as to why you may be ill or tired is a congested lymphatic system which is limiting circulation in the body. Activating your lymphatic system manually improves detoxification of acid waste and parts of dead cells that are accumulating in your specific problem areas creating acidity, congestion, tightness and disease.
Since the areas where we have pain or illness are already congested, the supplements or medications you take may not be getting to the areas that need it most. Activating your lymphatic system can help move the supplements, or medications you are taking, deeper into congested areas that may not have good circulation. We take for granted that our circulation is complete and flowing in the body, but it isn't. The lymphatic system plays a major role in completing circulation in the body. When it's not functioning we have limited circulation, most of our health problems begin due to limited circulation.
You can improve your ability to heal by gently activating your lymphatic system with your own two hands. When you self-activate your lymphatic system you are improving circulation and detoxification in the body which improves healing. Gently activating your lymph is a very powerful tool which gives you control over lowering your risk of disease, overcoming an illness or improving your health.
