Painful Breasts, Swollen Breasts
Testimonials
We have been home a few weeks now, and I just want to let you know how good it was to have the lymph drainage/lymph detox - it was truly a blessing that you ... gave me the lymph drainage and then showed me how to take care of my lymph system in a simple routine, so thank you so much! My legs were good all through my holiday and it is such a relief not worrying about swelling when on holiday or for that matter when home:-)My hope is to find a lymph therapist here in Denmark, that can give me somewhat of the same lymph detox that you gave me, because I know that it works!! I wish you all the best with spreading this information, I know there are a lot of people out there with many health problems, who could benefit from your information and work!

LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 18 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to maintain and activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system should be the first steps to regain your  health and life. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

e-mail John ossipinsky  aka LymphMan your questions about the lymphatic system, acid-alkaline balance,  pH testing and health.

When your breasts are sore or swollen they have become congested, meaning circulation out of the breast has become compromised.  Much of the lymph in the breast flows first to the mammary nodes (on the outside of the breast, where the cup of the bra meets the bra strap) and then to the axilla nodes in the underarm. When the lymph nodes in the underarm become full of acidic cellular waste and other debris (parts of dead cells, fibrin, cholesterol) the nodes congest and do not function efficiently. This is very similar to when too many logs congest a river, as in a log jam.

Since the lymph isn't flowing as well as it should, it creates a backflow of fluid into the breast that creates sensitivity, inflammation and then pain.  This buildup of fluid and waste is also a contributing factor in breast cysts and breast cancer. With any recurring breast pain, please consult your physician before activating your lymphatic system.

To alleviate congestion or soreness in the breast, try placing the pads of your fingers softly on the underarm and gently pump into the underarm aiming towards the center of your chest 5-10 times. If you feel some pain when activating your axilla nodes, make sure you to pump gently and see if the pain leaves after activating the lymph in the under arms for a few days. By activating the lymph in the mammary and axilla nodes you help detoxification of acid waste and excess proteins from the breast area. By activating your lymphatic system you can help eliminate damaging acid waste from your body on a daily basis.
