LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 18 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to maintain and activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system should be the first steps to regain your  health and life. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

e-mail John ossipinsky  aka LymphMan your questions about the lymphatic system, acid-alkaline balance,  pH testing and health.

If you have ever had an uncontrollable quiver in your eyelid or in a muscle, your nerves were trying to warn you of an imbalance in that particular part of your body.  Understand that nerves are a message center, sending instant messages to your brain. When you touch something hot or sharp you immediately pull away. That reaction occurs because your nerves are able to function.  So one of the roles of the nerve is to serve as an alarm system to warn us of an arising problem.

A more serious condition arises when a nerve in the heart becomes toxic, it can create life threatening arrhythmias and palpitations. Often the offending nerve is surgically removed, ending the problem. But is removing the alarm system a good thing? The problem can occur when circulation inside the nerve or in the heart itself becomes slowed, allowing your own acidic cellular waste to build in the area or in the nerve, creating an imbalance. The palpitations and arrhythmias were a warning of a problem.  When the nerve has been removed there is no longer a warning signal of any problems.

The nerves travel a long path from the spinal cord to any part of the body. Each nerve has a vaso vasorum (a vessel in the vessel) which is a set of tiny blood vessels, lymph vessels and nerves running inside the length of the nerve. If the spine is tight, as the nerve leaves the spinal canal or if muscles and bone were pinching the nerve, it could slow the lymphatic system and blood circulation in the nerve.  It can then become overly acidic and protein filled. This buildup of acidic waste damages the nerve creating pain, burning, tingling, numbness, excitability (as in the heart) or nerve death as in foot drop or ALS (Lou Gherig's Disease).  The problem is a buildup of waste. When you self-activate your lymphatic system you help improve detoxification of acid and waste from anywhere in the body, reducing your pain and improving your health.
