In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 15 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation. To better understand tissue acidosis and its role in disease and health I have researched the relationship between pH (a measure of acid or alkaline in the body), the lymphatic system and health, studying data from 100's of pH tests.

I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system can change your  health and life, if you give it a try. When you experience incidents of elevated pain, stress or depression they are occurring due to chemical changes in your body and brain. These changes can occur from dehydration, sedentary lifestyle, certain medications, on-going stress and being overly acidic. The times you're having more intense problems whether it is pain or stress you are more toxic and acidic.  Even when a child is having a meltdown, this is a sign that they are more toxic meaning acidic and their circulation has been compromised.
 

You can check how acidic you are by testing your urine and saliva with a pH test strip. These can be purchased at most health food and nutrition stores. The test is easy to do in your home and results take a matter of minutes. Your internal body should be in balance and when it falls out of balance your health and how you think change. Testing your pH is very important. In my studies many people were shocked to find their urine was 100 times more acidic than it should have been.
 

The time to use the lymphatic system help alleviate your health issues is when you are not in a crisis. You can begin making small changes to your lifestyle choices in order to begin balancing to improve your chemical makeup. Simple steps like drinking more water, eating more fruits and vegetables and beginning an exercise program will help. Activating your lymphatic system can help increase detoxification of waste from the  body and brain. When you remove cellular waste, (i.e. large parts of cells that have tangled with other cellular debris) you improve circulation of vital nutrients and oxygen that the body needs to heal.
 

Self-activating your lymphatic system is a powerful tool that gives you some control over your health problem. When you begin activating your lymphatic system you may see a flare up of your problem. This can be an increase in pain, a panic attack, deep depression or a major meltdown. These problems are due to a buildup of cellular waste. When you begin activating your lymph you increase the amount of cellular waste in the body for a few hours, worsening your problem. This should only occur the first couple of times you activate your lymphatic system and only last a short period of time (from a few hours to a day).  With regular lymphatic activation you can control your toxicity and your health problems.
