LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 15 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation. To better understand tissue acidosis and its role in disease and health I have researched the relationship between pH (a measure of acid or alkaline in the body), the lymphatic system and health, studying data from 100's of pH tests.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system can change your  health and life, if you give it a try. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

e-mail me your questions about the lymphatic system, acid-alkaline balance,  pH testing and health. I will answer it in an email or a future blog with your permission.

So now that you have finished your treatment for a specific cancer, what are you doing to get your life back and prevent a reoccurrence. Whether it has been a week or five years after treatment, what are you doing to combat the fatigue, sleep disturbances and memory problems like chemo brain, that are just a few of the symptoms many cancer survivors say still plague them years after treatment.

The most important thing you can do after surviving cancer is to help improve the detoxification of acid waste and proteins (parts of dead cells and fibrin) from the body. Chemotherapy and radiation significantly increase the amount of cellular waste in the body and brain. As cells become damaged and degrade, their decomposition gives off acid waste. Did I mention that 500 million cells die on a good day, during chemo or radiation that number will grow larger.

Researchers suspect the memory, fatigue and sleep problems may be hormone related or a function of stress on the immune system. In my experience, the many problems associated with cancer treatment can be overcome by reducing acid in the body and activating the lymphatic system to promote good circulation. If the lymphatic system were congested, more cellular acid waste including hormones, can become trapped in the tissues of the body and brain creating fatigue, sleep or memory problems.

We take for granted that our blood is circulating through our body and organs. The truth is that our blood is not circulating as well as it should due to a constricted lymphatic system. What we are missing is how our own cellular acid waste can constrict the lymphatic system which helps to complete circulation through the tissues of the body. When your lymphatic system becomes congested in any part of the body, cellular waste builds and what we call disease begins or reoccurs.

Self-lymphatic activation is similar to exercise but more specific to increase circulation and detoxification in the body. Several recent reports suggest that staying active after cancer can help lower the risk of recurrence. They say moderate exercise (walking, biking, swimming) for about 30 minutes almost every day will reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood, reduce fatigue, nausea, pain, and diarrhea. Besides increasing circulation through exercise, try balancing your internal body  and lymphatic activation to promote improved lymph flow. Don't just sit and wait for your fatigue or sleep problems to subside, take charge and begin taking steps to balance your body and activate your lymphatic system to prevent a recurrence.
