LymphMan's Health Blog

In LymphMan's Health Blogs you will learn a view of how to achieve health with the understanding of two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance. My understanding of disease and health comes from over 15 years of helping many illnesses in my clients just by activating their lymphatic system. Most pain, stress, depression, weak immune system and many illnesses respond quickly to lymphatic system activation. To better understand tissue acidosis and its role in disease and health I have researched the relationship between pH (a measure of acid or alkaline in the body), the lymphatic system and health, studying data from 100's of pH tests.

At LymphMan.com you learn the new science to help balance your body and how to activate your lymphatic system to take control of your health! My hope is that as you read my blogs you begin to see how this basic missed science; that an acidic pH slows or stops the lymphatic system, allowing acidic waste to build in your body creating disease. I truly believe that balancing your internal pH and activating  your lymphatic system can change your  health and life, if you give it a try. This blog is for informational purposes only, consult with your health care practitioner before making any lifestyle changes like diet, exercise or lymphatic system activation.

e-mail me your questions about the lymphatic system, acid-alkaline balance,  pH testing and health. I will answer it in an email or a future blog with your permission.

In autism you read a lot about protein abnormalities, (i.e. mis-folded proteins or protein mutations).  What we aren't seeing is how the waste (parts of dead cells) from these abnormalities is congesting the brain and its many structures. In many diseases of the mind, excess protein is a major contributing factor. Take for example Batten Disease, which is a chromosome disorder that causes the buildup of lipofuscins, fats and proteins in the body's tissues. When skin samples are taken, a buildup of fat and proteins can be seen under a microscope.

Symptoms of this disorder can start to appear around ages 4-10, with gradual onset of vision problems, or seizures. Other signs may be subtle behavioral changes, slow learning or regression in abilities and repetitive speech. Doesn't this sound similar to autism. As the diseases progresses the children suffer mental impairment, worsening seizures, and progressive loss of sight, speech and motor skills. Their fragile life is short.

Lymphatic System Removes Large Proteins and Fats

A buildup of protein and fats contribute to this disease, but the lymphatic system is not mentioned. The lymphatic system plays a major role in removing fats and proteins that can form calcified deposits. This buildup can limit brain function in diseases from learning disabilities, autism spectrum to Alzheimer's.

In Alzheimer's, proteins and their accumulation are already associated with stealing the minds of seniors. The disease must be caught early, at any sign of  dementia or Alzheimer' s take action to balance the body and activate the lymphatics to help increase circulation to the brain. Systemic enzymes and a more alkaline diet as well as exercise may play an important role in helping stave off or slow the progression of the disease. Excess proteins play a major role in why so many children and seniors are having difficulty thinking.

In allopathic medicine the lymphatic system is used for Lymphedema to reduce the size of a swollen limb after lymph nodes are damaged or removed. The treatment is very specific to the swollen limb. Lymph Drainage Therapists use the lymphatic system to remove excess proteins and acid waste from any part of the body. In my wellness center I use the lymphatic system to create whole body and brain circulation and most health problems respond positively. When you manually activate the lymphatic system in a specific manner you increase circulation and the detoxification of your own cellular waste, this alone improves how you feel.

In young children you will see the quickest and most profound changes when you begin to activate their lymph. If a child is older or an adult they will still quickly benefit from increased circulation to their brain. They wil be more calm and relaxed. You will see cognitive change but it will take longer because the protein deposits may be more calcified, starving areas of the brain that may be beyond returning to life.

The key is being consistent with regular lymphatic activation, a more alkaline diet and systemic enzymes to help breakdown  protein deposits.  The best results occur when a  parent or caregiver can activate the lymph on a daily basis at first, then a few times a week for maintenance. It will only  take 10-15 minutes to activate the lymphatics in your child while they are fully clothed. In LymphMan.com you can learn an easy routine to help your or your child's  ability to think in the privacy of your home.
