It has been eight years since the horrific attacks on the World Trade Center (WTC) and the Pentagon. Nearly 3,000 people lost their lives on that day, most who died were Americans but there were many others that were from countries all around the world. As time goes by it is easy to forget, we are human and it is easy to become complacent. Tell your children, your family and friends about that day in 2001, this way we will "Never Forget" the devastation that occurred and those who lost their lives on 9/11.
While we should never forget those who died we should remember the many firefighters, police, emergency service personnel and construction workers who searched and worked at the WTC site. They are sick and dying due to their exposure to the alkaline dust that covered the area. Many of their health problems began after their exposure with a cough, lung disease, muscle pain, acid reflux, headaches, depression, anxiety, sinus problems, chronic fatigue syndrome and post traumatic stress syndrome. Now many have cancer, new data shows that since 9/11 more than 800 WTC rescue and recovery workers have died, and cancer has killed at least 270 of them.
There are different types of cancers killing WTC workers, they include stomach, colon, liver, digestive organs, lung and throat cancer. A recent study found blood cancers like leukemia are affecting responders at ages much younger than normal. There was an estimated 50,000 firefighters, police, EMTs, construction workers and volunteers who joined in the 9/11 rescue and recovery. Even residents who live in the area of the WTC site are also having health problems due to the dust that infiltrated their home. Many more will become ill and die due to this alkaline dust if we don't consider the emerging science of the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance.
The alkaline dust that so many rescue workers were subjected to for weeks and months can constrict the lymphatic system and limit circulation in any part of the body, creating diseases like chronic fatigue, pain, lung disease, depression and many types of cancer. The point to be made is that limited circulation is the main contributing factor. Whether the body is too acidic or too alkaline it constricts the tiny hair like lymph vessels that must remove waste from your body. Activating the lymphatic system and balancing the internal body can help reestablish lymph flow to improve circulation and detoxification of waste. This improved circulation cleans the buildup of waste from the body and organs improving organ function, lowering the risk of disease and improving health. If you know someone who is suffering from their WTC exposure please tell them about this emerging science that can improve their health and life.
It is our national obligation to remember those who lost their lives on 9/11, we also must still be aware of those who are still living and suffering from their exposure. Keep these heroes and their families in your thoughts and prays.
