LymphMan.com was developed to educate the public how the lymphatic system, an emerging science, can help you have a healthier and happier life. It was also meant to be a tool that parents of children with learning disabilities, ADHD, OCD, Tourettes, and Hydrocephalus can use to activate the lymph to help manually detox and maintain their children's health. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) have a special place in my heart and in my focus, I have a serious goal of helping to slow the epidemic that is hurting so many children and their families.
You can assist your child in attaining better cognitive function and emotional growth by learning how to activate their lymphatic system for just a few minutes each day. Research shows that 48% of cerebrospinal fluid is reabsorbed by the lymphatic system. Increasing lymph flow improves circulation and detoxification of the cerebrospinal fluid and the brain. In my office I saw some children progress and then regress a little after treatment. They improve because activating their lymphatic system opens the lymph/brain connection improving function. Then they go home to an acidic diet and no lymphatic maintenance and the lymphatic system becomes congested again limiting circulation and function. Remember most diseases occur due to lack of circulation.
As an advanced therapist in CranioSacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage Therapy I have spent over 14 years studying and working with the lymph/brain connection. In our wellness center I was fortunate to see many adults and children with different levels of cognitive abilities. In the next few paragraphs I will explain how my son and a few children with ASD responded to specific lymphatic activation with remarkable breakthroughs. There are no miracles or cures for diseases of the mind. Bringing the body back into balance and activating the lymphatic system can help improve cognitive function.
My son, who was never vaccinated, was a cute chubby baby. At one of our well visits to the pediatrician, the doctor told us our son's head was large for his age. My wife and I didn't think anything of it because the doctor didn't seem concerned and he was progressing normally otherwise. Now I know this is a sign of congestion in the head. At around the age of two, my son had a very hard fall off a couch onto the back of his head. Around that same time he had to be given two prescriptions for antibiotics over a few months. These incidents created excess proteins (dead cells) that can congest the body and brain. He began having many stomach aches and constipation. He began having bizarre meltdowns, bouts of aggression, staring for long periods, becoming more withdrawn at family parties and he would turn his eyes away when introduced to someone. Since I had worked with a few autistic children, I mentioned the word autism to my wife.
My son would have periods of clear days and periods of bad days. It was not until I was doing research for my book, An Undetected Acid-Alkaline Imbalance, that I read about Asperger's. Even though he was never formally diagnosed, the description of Asperger's fit my son exactly. I was very emotional while reading it. I always treated my son with CranioSacral Therapy and Lymph Drainage Therapy, which may have kept him from being more toxic and more effected. At that time I learned of acid-alkaline balance and was developing a Lymphatic Cellular Detox Massage to help detox acid waste and excess proteins by increasing whole body circulation. It's called a massage but clients are fully clothed and no oils are used. It is gentle but has powerful effect on fluid circulation and detoxification.
The first time I used this routine on my son, where I concentrate on enhancing the lymph/brain connection and whole body circulation, my son had a major meltdown that lasted for hours until he fell asleep exhausted. The next day my son, who was always in the time out chair, was a different child. He had no tantrums, no aggression and no staring. Two days later he was back to himself being aggressive, and having tantrums but no staring off into space. The next week I did a few short sessions in a row to activate the lymph/brain connection, this time he had no major meltdowns and became a different child again. This time something stayed open, it has been 7 years and he has not regressed. He is good in school and is sociable with friends. When he is more acidic and toxic, like after a birthday party or vacation, I see a little more hyperactivity, aggression or emotional issues. I give him more alkalizing supplement to balance his body, a systemic enzyme to help alleviate excess proteins and I or he activates his lymph, in a short while he is fine again.
The goal is for you to learn this emerging science and a simple lymph activation routine that you can use in your home to activate the lymph of your child for maintenance and occasional detoxifications. My children know how to activate their lymphatic system using a few minute routine that you will learn in LymphMan.com.
What I saw in children with autism was that when a parent learned a little about acid-alkaline balance and did some lymph activation at home the child did much better. One 4-year old high functioning autistic girl acted like a cat most of the time and had not spoken. Within a few weeks of opening the lymph/brain connection she was speaking full sentences and acting like a cat only some times. It has been three years since I have seen them and I recently spoke with the mother and she told me her daughter now 7 is doing very well in school but is extremely shy and likes to act like animals at times.
Another autistic girl I had the opportunity to work with was 5, showed no emotions, had hand eye fixations, digestive issues, tight muscles and repeated the same questions. After our first session to activate her lymph/brain connection and whole body lymph activation she jumped off my table and put her sneakers on in a few seconds. Her mom had a look of amazement, I asked what was wrong, she said her daughter normally takes 15 minutes to put her sneakers on. The next week the girl was smiling, more animated, very little hand-eye fixations, less bloated and tight. Over a few months of sessions she kept improving. These were the first parents I showed how to activate the lymph in their child. They picked it up very quickly and were able to spend a few minutes, a few times a week to help their child.
I have seen change in children with ADD/ADHD, ASD and bipolar I believe an important part to helping these children is opening the lymph/brain connection by activating their lymphatic system and balancing their internal body. I started teaching parents how to activate the lymphatic system at home and saw that parents could spend just a few minutes a day activating the lymph to help their children. When you learn about two emerging sciences, the lymphatic system and acid-alkaline balance, you gain tools that can help improve cognitive function in your children and help many of your and their health problems.
